The values on the Diameter Server Auth tab report the processing measurements for session management and authentication transactions when the Diameter protocol is used in AAA Server Node and AAA Server Nodal test cases.
In the default view, the Reports tab displays the Summary view, which summarizes the measurements for the test session. If your test includes multiple test cases, you can view the report for a single test case by changing the report view...
Unless otherwise noted, cumulative values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated since the start of the test, and per-interval values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated during the interval. You can view either by changing the measurement values...
Elapsed Time is the first measurement on every tab. It reports the amount of time between the start of the test and the end of the report interval.
Test Iteration reports the current iteration in a repeating test session. It is only displayed when a Number of Iterations is defined for the test session.
The following measurements record the number and types of authentication and session management messages sent by the AAA node and received from all NAS SUTs.

The following measurements report the number of transaction failures by cause.
NOTE: If a timeout occurs — when the Wait Response Time expires — no attempt is made to re-transmit the request. |
Re-Authentication Request Timeouts — The number of times an RAR was sent without receiving an RAA from the NAS.
Abort Session Request Timeouts — The number of times an ASR was sent without receiving an ASA from the NAS.
Wait for STR Timeout — The number of times an STR was not received after receiving an ASA from the NAS.
Wait for AAR Timeout — The number of times an AAR was not received after a successful capabilities exchange with the NAS.
No Free Sessions — The number of times a NAS attempted to establish an authentication session after the maximum Number of Authentication Sessions was reached.
Unknown Session Id — The number of requests received with an unknown Session-Id AVP, including requests associated with an accounting session after the Account Server TS Time expired.
User Name Mismatches — The number of times an invalid User Name was received in an AAR from the NAS. An Authentication Rejected error is returned to the NAS.
PAP Authentication Failure — The number of times an invalid PAP Password was received in an AAR from the NAS. An Authentication Rejected error is returned to the NAS.
CHAP Authentication Failure — The number of times an invalid CHAP Password was received in an AAR from the NAS. An Authentication Rejected error is returned to the NAS.
Poorly Formed Requests — The number of authentication and session-related requests received from a NAS that were incorrectly formatted.
Ip Address Allocation Failed — The number of times an attempt to allocate an IP address failed. The reasons for allocation failures are reported on the IP Pool Manager tab.
Send Error — The number of times TCP was temporarily unable to transport a message.
Unknown User — An unknown User Name was received in an AAR from the NAS.
Average Abort Session Response Time — The average time required to receive an ASA from a NAS, measured from the time an ASR is sent.
Average Re-Authentication Response Time — The average time required to receive an RAA from a NAS, measured from the time an RAR is sent.
