Landslide emulates Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) Node in HSGW Nodal, MME Nodal, and PGW Node test cases.
In HSGW Nodal testing, the LMA Node provides a configuration to test the HSGW sessions ending at the emulated ePCF SUT. (Available when you select LMA Node Emulation on the HSGW Nodal Test Configuration tab).
In MME Nodal test case, the emulated LMA Node (PDN GW) terminates the HSGW SUT interfacing the emulated Target ePCF Node. (Available when you select LMA Node Emulation on the MME Nodal Test Configuration tab).
In PGW Node testing, the LMA Node provides configuration to test the emulated PDN Gateway and the node is available only when Mobility is None and Protocol is PMIPv6 on the Emulator Configuration tab.
Enter the PMIPv6 Source Address for LMA Node. This parameter is available and is required for PMIPv6 with IPv4 transport in both PGW Node and HSGW Nodal test cases.
NOTE: When PMIPv6 transport is set to IPV4 (on the PGW Node Emulator Configuration tab and HSGW Nodal Test Configuration tab) and PMIPv6 version >= 9.7.0 (on the PMIPv6 tab), PMIP Source Address (both IPv6 and mapped IPv4) are not available. |
In PGW Node test case, Dual Stack support is available when Transport is IPv6.
Use Dual Stack to return both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses when requested. Dual Stack is available for your selection only when you select LMA Node Emulation on the Test / Emulator Configuration tab. Primary Node Tcl Parameter:

Available when you select Dual Stack Support. Select Alternate Node Address. Alternate Node Tcl Parameter:

With an Ethernet User Node, you can define:
The IP address and routing options... The IP Address will increment for each node.
The MAC Address to override the Hardware MAC address so the packets sent out of the interface will use the provisioned MAC address rather the Hardware MAC Address.
Custom port selection... and error injection with the Advanced... button.
The Outbound Traffic Port to disable the normal routing function and to force packets out of the selected interface.
1 Maximum rates, number of sessions, and number of emulated nodes vary depending on the test configuration and the test system's licensed capacity.
