Testing the Connection


Use the Test Server Administration window... to test the connection between the TAS and the test server.

TROUBLESHOOT:

  • If the test server's Ethernet configuration, software version, and status are not displayed, the TAS is unable to communicate with the test server. Verify that the test server's management port address matches the address defined for the test server, and that the test server is powered up and connected to the LAN.
  • If the test server's status is Not Ready, the test server software is not responsive. Click Recycle to restart the test server.
