AGW Session Measurements

The values on the AGW Session Main Tab report the Credit Control measurements for the  PCRF Nodal and PCRF Node test cases (between the AGW and PCRF over Gx interface).

The values on the S9 Node tab reports the Credit Control measurements for the  PCRF Nodal test case (between the vPCRF (AGW) and PCRF (hPCRF) over Gxc interface), when Roaming is enabled.

In PCRF Node test case, the S9 Node tab reports (between the S9 I/F Node (AGW) and PCRF (hPCRF) over Gxc interface), when Roaming is enabled.

In PGW Node test case, AGW Session report measurements over Gx Interface.

Measurement Values

In the default view, the Reports tab displays the Summary view, which summarizes the measurements for the test session. If your test includes multiple test cases, you can view the report for a single test case by changing the report view...

Unless otherwise noted, cumulative values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated since the start of the test, and per-interval values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated during the interval. You can view either by changing the measurement values...

Elapsed Time is the first measurement on every tab. It reports the amount of time between the start of the test and the end of the report interval.

Test Iteration reports the current iteration in a repeating test session. It is only displayed when a Number of Iterations is defined for the test session.

Message Counters

The following measurements record the number and types of messages exchanged between the AGW and the PCRF and the average response time when a response is expected.

Usage threshold is a volume of usage threshold in bytes sent from PCRF to PCEF at the activation of Usage Monitoring.  When activated, PCEF accumulates usages of requested monitoring resource and reports to PCRF when accumulated usages reach the threshold specified.
