The values on the SM tab report the control plane processing measurements for the SM layer in a UMTS test case and HNB test case.
In the default view, the Reports tab displays the Summary view, which summarizes the measurements for the test session. If your test includes multiple test cases, you can view the report for a single test case by changing the report view...
Unless otherwise noted, cumulative values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated since the start of the test, and per-interval values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated during the interval. You can view either by changing the measurement values...
Elapsed Time is the first measurement on every tab. It reports the amount of time between the start of the test and the end of the report interval.
Test Iteration reports the current iteration in a repeating test session. It is only displayed when a Number of Iterations is defined for the test session.

Status Received — The number of SM Status messages received from the SGSN. The message may be used to indicate an Invalid Transaction Identifier Value or a NonExistent/UnImplemented Message Type error.
Regular Deactivations (36) — The cause value included in deactivation requests when either the MN or the network initiated a normal context deactivation and did not initiate the deactivation due to an error.
The following measurements record errors, by cause, encountered during PDP context activation, modification, and deactivation.
Activate Context Request Timeouts — The number of times an Activate PDP Context Request was sent without receiving a response from the SGSN.
Deactivate Context Request Timeouts — The number of times a Deactivate PDP Context Request was sent without receiving a response from the SGSN.
Operator Determined Barring (8) — The MN requested a service that the network operator or service provider does not allow.
LLC or SNDCP Failures (25) — The MN deactivated the PDP context due to an LLC or SNDCP failure.
Insufficient Resources (26) — The sender cannot perform the requested context activation or modification due to insufficient resources. This cause value is also used by the MN when both the MN and the network request activation of the same context and the MN cannot determine whether the requests match, and by the network if the MN requested 0kbps uplink and downlink speeds.
Missing or Unknown APN (27) — The service requested by the MN was rejected by the external PDN because the APN was required but missing or because the APN could not be resolved.
Unknown PDP Address or PDP Type (28) — The service requested by the MN was rejected by the external PDN because the PDP address or address type could not be recognized.
User Authentication Failures (29) — The service requested by the MN was rejected by the external PDN due to a failed user authentication.
GGSN Activation Rejects (30) — The service requested by the MN was rejected by the GGSN.
Activation Rejects (31) — The service requested by the MN was rejected due to unspecified reasons.
Unsupported Service Option (32) — The service requested by the MN is not supported in the PLMN.
Unsubscribed Service Option (33) — The service requested by the MN is available in the PLMN but the MN does not have a subscription for the service.
Service Option Temporarily Out of Order (34) — The MSC cannot service the request because one or more functions are temporarily unavailable.
NSAPI Already Used (35) — The NSAPI requested by the MN in a context activation was already used by another of the MN's active contexts.
QOS Not Accepted (37) — The MN initiated a context deactivation because the network-mandated QOS received during context modification was not acceptable to the MN.
Network Failures (38) — The context was deactivated due to an error situation in the network.
Required Reactivations (39) — The network requested a context re-activation due to a GGSN restart.
Unsupported Feature (40) — The MN could not support a PDP context activation initiated by the network.
Semantic Error in TFT Operation (41) — The secondary PDP context activation or modification request initiated by the MN contained a TFT semantic error, such as a TFT operation other than "create a new TFT" in an activation request.
Syntactic Error in TFT Operation (42) — The secondary PDP context activation or modification request initiated by the MN contained a TFT syntax error, such as an empty packet filter list in the TFT IE or the number of packet filters sub-field does not match the actual number of packet filters.
Unknown PDP Context (43) — The primary PDP context referenced by the Linked TI information element in a secondary context activation request is not active.
Activated PDP Contexts without TFT (46) — The referenced secondary context was already activated without a TFT.
Semantic Packet Filter Errors (44) — The secondary PDP context activation or modification request initiated by the MN contained a packet filter semantic error, such as conflicting packet filter components that would render the packet filter ineffective since no packet could match the filter.
Syntactic Packet Filter Errors (45) — The secondary PDP context activation or modification request initiated by the MN contained a packet filter syntax error, such as duplicate packet filter ID or precedence values, or more serious syntax errors such as using a reserved value for an ID.
