The values on the AF Session tab report the processing measurements for session management and authentication transactions when the PCRF is used in a Network Host test case.
In IMS Node test case, AF Signaling Session tab, reports the processing measurements for signaling message flows on Rx interface (Rx sessions for SIP signaling flows).
In the default view, the Reports tab displays the Summary view, which summarizes the measurements for the test session. If your test includes multiple test cases, you can view the report for a single test case by changing the report view...
Unless otherwise noted, cumulative values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated since the start of the test, and per-interval values report the number of occurrences or rates calculated during the interval. You can view either by changing the measurement values...
Elapsed Time is the first measurement on every tab. It reports the amount of time between the start of the test and the end of the report interval.
Test Iteration reports the current iteration in a repeating test session. It is only displayed when a Number of Iterations is defined for the test session.
The following measurements record the number and types of authentication and session management messages sent by the AF and received from the PCRF.
AAR Sent — Indicates the number of AAR sent by AF to the PCRF.
AAR Initial Sent — Indicates the number of Initial AAR messages sent by AF to the PCRF.
AAR Update Sent — Indicates the number of Update AAR messages sent by AF to the PCRF.
AAA Received — Indicates the number of AAA received by the AF from the PCRF in response to the AAR.
AAR Timeouts — The number of times an AAR was not received after a successful capabilities exchange with the PCRF.
RAR Received — Indicates the number of RAR received from the PCRF (including the Session-Release-Cause AVP to request that the PCEF terminates the IP CAN session).
RAA Sent — Indicates the number of RAA sent by the PCEF to acknowledge the RAR.
STR Sent — Indicates the number of STRs sent by AF to the PCRF to indicate that the session has been terminated.
STA Received — Indicates the number of STAs received by the PCRF in response STA.
STR Timeouts — The number of times an STR was not received after receiving an ASA from the AF.
ASR Received — Indicates the number of ASRs received by the PCRF from the AF.
ASA Sent — Indicates the number of ASAs sent by the AF in response to ASR.
Poorly Formed Received — The number of authentication and session-related requests received from a PCRF that were incorrectly formatted.
Authentication Failed —
Average AAR Response Time — The average time required to receive an AAA from an PCRF, measured from the time an AAR is sent.
AAR Responses — Indicates the total number responses received for AARs sent.
Min AAR Response Time — The minimum time, in microseconds, required to respond/acknowledge successful receipt and processing of AAR message.
Max AAR Response Time — The maximum time, in microseconds, required to respond/acknowledge successful receipt and processing a AAR message.
Average STR Response Time — The average time required to receive an STR from a AF, measured from the time an STR is sent.
STR Responses — Indicates the total number responses received for STRs sent.
Min STR Response Time — The minimum time, in microseconds, required to respond/acknowledge successful receipt and processing of STR message.
Max STR Response Time — The maximum time, in microseconds, required to respond/acknowledge successful receipt and processing a STR message.
Send Error — The number of errors encounters during send operation.
