OCS Node

The OCS emulator (Primary OCS Ro Node) is used in the OCS Node test case to simulate OCS Servers that can provide Online Charging services. The test case can emulate two servers: one primary server and a secondary server for failover testing.

In DRA Nodal test case, OCS Node is used to provide Online Charging services when you select OCS under PCRF Interfaces and then select to emulate OCS I/F on the Test Configuration tab.

NOTE: The maximum number of sessions is determined by your OCS server license.

In OCS Node test case, The number of nodes is controlled by the Primary and Secondary Proxy checkbox on the OCS Node Emulator Configuration tab. Selecting Secondary OCS Node allows you to define both the emulators on the Primary OCS Ro Node and Secondary OCS Ro Node sub-tabs.

Define the following:

Multi-Homed: Select to indicate that SCTP endpoint is multi-homed, where more than one destination transport address is used to reach the endpoint.

Tcl Parameter: DiaSrvSctpMultiHomedMultiSrcEn

With a OCS node, you can define:
