Inactive Time (ms) |
Available in gNB CU Node when SA Mode is enabled. The ZERO value of "Inactive Time" means gNB CU Node will NOT go to RRC INACTIVE state actively. Otherwise, gNB CU Node will try to go RRC INACTIVE state when there is no control messages and data packets (IDLE) for the period of "Inactive Time". Range : Range is 0 or 5000-10000 in milliseconds. Zero means timer is disabled default : 0 Tcl Parameter:

RRC Reestablishment Reject with RRC Setup |
Available in gNB CU Node when SA Mode is enabled. Select for RRC Connection Reestablishment reject with RRC Setup. According to O-RAN.WG5.C.1, once a RRC Reestablishment Request is received, the network may return RRC Connection Reestablishment reject with RRC Setup for certain reasons, for example, UE context does not exist, UE context cannot be validated, or if UE is using an invalid C-RNTI. Note that when RRC Setup is received, the UE will need to reset the upper layer protocol ( i.e. NAS-5G ) and resume with Service Request. A fresh UE context will be created during the Service Request procedure. In current implementation, there is a one second delay between when RRC Setup is received and when RRC Setup Complete ( with Service Request encapsulated ) is sent. If there happens to be uplink data pending during the delay, the Service Request will be sent with Request Type Data. Otherwise the Service Request will be sent with Request Type Signalling.
