The timestamp format can be UTC (Z) or Local Time with a UTC Time Offset. When selecting local time, the offset provided is based on the client PC's time zone settings. Reset to Current after changing format or when wanting to refresh Updated Time.

The RFC3339 Timestamp fields previously did not validate the optional time offset at the end of the string. It has been changed to allow either blank, "Z", or a valid UTC time offset value. The default value has been changed to UTC format. Any saved tests having an invalid time offset will be marked red.
