PIM-SM Tab


The PIM-SM (Protocol Independent Multicast-Sparse Mode) tab is used to configure Hello/Join message parameters. Its available in eMBMS Nodal test case on the M1 Interface.

Enable PIM-SM

Select to enable PIM-SM (Protocol Independent Multicast-Sparse Mode) configure Hello/Join message parameters.

Tcl Parameter: M1PimSmEn

IP Type of Service

Select to set the IP Type of Service field for PIM-SM Hello/Join message.

Range: 0 to 255

Default: 192

Click ... (TOS Calculator) to select and calculate the appropriate value.

Upstream Neighbor Address

Select to include an upstream neighbor address.

Enter a valid IPv4 or IPv6 Address.
