Portal

Configure the Portal authentication information in WiFi Offload Gateway Node test case when you select UE Authentication as Portal on the Test Configuration tab.

In AAA Server Node test case configure Portal protocol parameters for HTTP authentication.

Authentication Settings (WOGW Node)

Username/Password

  • User Name

  • Password

  • Retry Test

Authentication Settings (AAA Server Node)

Authentication Type: CHAP PAP

  • Username

  • Password

  • HTTP Server Port

  • Authentication Local Port

  • Authentication Remote Port
  • Retry Test

Authentication Type Select the authentication type as CHAP or PAP.
User Name/Password Enter the unique user name and password required for authentication.   See User Credentials

In WiFi Offload Gateway Nodal test case, enter the UDP ports used for local and remote Portal authentication.

In AAA Server Node test case, enter the HTTP port and ports used for local and remote Portal authentication.

Retry

Select to verify the login request (the User Name and Password entered.

In WiFi Offload Gateway Nodal and AAA Server Node test cases, the Request Timeout (s) and Attempts are available for configuratrion. When you select Retry selected, your initial login request is ignored and verified the number of times entered in Attempts.  

Request Timeout: Is the length of time to wait without a response (re-entering your credentials).

Attempts: Indicates the number of times to verify request for login.

When you do not select Retry, the login attempt occurs only once.
