Modifying a User Account


A user's privilege level, contact information, password, and account status can be changed at any time using the User Account Administration window...

Your account level will determine which accounts you can modify: a Test Administrator cannot modify the account of a System Administrator, for example, and a Test Operator can only change their own contact information and password.

To modify a user account:

  1. Look up the account...

  2. Modify the information as necessary. Passwords must meet the requirements...

  3. Click Modify to save the changes, or Refresh to reset the form to the original state.

    CAUTION: If you click Refresh before you click Modify, any changes made will be lost.
